  • Duplicate Transactions: If a donor accidentally submits more than one payment for the same donation
  • Unauthorized Transactions: If a donation was made without the account holder’s permission

We encourage donors to contact us directly to resolve any concerns before initiating a chargeback or dispute with their bank or payment provider.

Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may delay resolution and could result in additional administrative review.
