All donations made to BibleFlock Ministries are considered final and non-refundable. Donations are treated as charitable contributions and are immediately directed toward supporting our programs, outreach efforts, and operational needs.

2. Exceptions for Refunds

Refunds may be granted only under the following limited circumstances:

Duplicate Transactions: If a donor accidentally submits more than one payment for the same donation
Unauthorized Transactions: If a donation was made without the account holder’s permission
Processing Errors: If there is a technical issue that results in an incorrect charge

In these cases, BibleFlock Ministries will review the request and determine eligibility for a refund.

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, donors must:

Submit a request within 7 days of the original transaction
Provide proof of the transaction (receipt, confirmation email, or payment details)
Include a clear explanation of the reason for the request

5. Recurring Donations

Donors who have set up recurring contributions may cancel future payments at any time. However:

Previously processed donations are non-refundable
Cancellation requests must be made before the next scheduled billing date

6. Chargebacks and Disputes

We encourage donors to contact us directly to resolve any concerns before initiating a chargeback or dispute with their bank or payment provider.

Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may delay resolution and could result in additional administrative review.

7. Policy Updates
